HSP Community Series: A Ki To Be FREE

Join us for the kickoff of the HSP Community Series, A Ki To Be FREE, a space to share, reflect, and connect around issues at the heart of community and identity. Held on Tuesdays at noon in the MCC Lounge on 9/30, 10/14, 10/28, and 11/18, this series, in collaboration with the Office of DEI's SAFE UCSB Program, invites you to bring your lunch and your voice as we explore meaningful questions together.
Our first session on September 30th will focus on the theme:
Is it safe to speak, express one’s values, and be an advocate? How does our community engage with freedom of speech and expression under our current political climate?

Join the MCC in a community circle to come together and reflect on the many impactful incidents that have happened on campus and in our personal lives over the past year. This will be a supportive space for everyone to share, listen, and connect as we navigate our personal experiences together.
