In Between Worlds

Art Exhibition

Art Exhibit & Reception: In Between Worlds

MCC Lounge

In Between Worlds explores the layered realities of existing across multiple identities, cultures, languages, and expectations.

This exhibit invites students to reflect on the spaces they navigate daily: immigrant households and campus life, cultural traditions and personal autonomy, first-generation responsibilities and individual dreams, and the constant act of code-switching between worlds that do not always fully see or hold us. Work that explores what it means to live in the in-between; not fully here, not fully there, but shaped by both. This can include experiences of belonging, disconnection, adaptation, contradiction, and transformation.
