Event open only to campus community members (students, staff, and faculty)

Battleground Georgia offers an intimate look at the organizers, voters, and community leaders who shaped Georgia’s historic political transformation through the 2020 election. Through personal stories and on‑the‑ground perspectives, the film traces how everyday people mobilized, built coalitions, and confronted long‑standing barriers to civic participation. Highlighting voices often left out of mainstream narratives, Battleground Georgia invites viewers to reflect on community power, resilience, and the ongoing struggle for equitable representation. We invite campus partners and students to join us for an educational screening and conversation about grassroots organizing, collective action, and the communities whose efforts continue to shape the future (Run time 44 min).
